Shipping, Returns & Warranty
We have a 30 day return policy if you change your mind. We will not accept any items that have been used or installed. Make sure the product is in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Ensure the product is returned with all accessories, instructions/paperwork, parts and packaging material that it was sent with. If you would like to return your item, give us a call at 519-653-5988.
Please allow for 1-2 days for processing after your order and 2-5 business days for shipping.
Always try to inspect the package(s) upon arrival. Contact us immediately regarding any shipping damages. Should your order arrive with damages, you may refuse delivery to the courier to have it sent back to us. Call us immediately at 519-653-5988 and we will send you a replacement. Should you discover the product is damaged AFTER opening the package, please take images of the damaged product and contact us as soon as possible.
We are confident in the quality of our products. We offer a 365 day warranty on all of our products. This warranty provides coverage against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable or improper use, neglect, improper service/installation/removal, modifications, acts of God, normal wear and tear or other causes not arising out of defective materials or workmanship. Interference of this product with other installed accessories or trailers is not covered under this warranty.
The following will void your warranty:
- Wind whip damage: Tarps must be secured at all points when the vehicle is in motion. An unsecured tarp will flap, resulting in damage to the fabric.
- Neglect: Signs of improper cleaning techniques that led to cracking in the material. Opening panels without removal of snow and/or ice.
- Overloading of Cargo: Your cargo should never touch the tonneau cover as it could cause tears.
- Towing: Do not tow your vehicle from the rear with your tonneau cover on.
