IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Dodge RAM 1500 6.4ft comes in Classic Style and New Style for the years 2019 - 2024. When purchasing your cover, please confirm whether you have the New Style or Classic style RAM, as they are not the same size. This will avoid you incurring any return shipping costs or restock fees.

This redesigned CW Fold Back 2.0 hard trifold tonneau cover is a durable, light weight flush mounted aluminum tonneau cover. Our covers are weather tested to withstand Canadian winters and keep the contents of your bed dry and secure.

Noteworthy features of the CW Foldback 2.0 tonneau cover:

  •          A new tailgate seal that is compatible with automatic tailgates. Tailgate can easily be opened and closed with tonneau cover closed. Eliminates the hassle of having to close the tailgate before closing the cover.

  •          Can withstand 400 lbs of evenly distributed weight
  •          Panels contain a light weight EPS closed cell foam to eliminate the risk of water infiltration

Measure from the front top inside of your pickup bed (bulkhead end near the driver/passenger cab) to the rear top inside of the tailgate.

RETURNS 

We have a 30 day return policy if you change your mind. We will not accept any items that have been used or installed. Make sure the product is in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Ensure the product is returned with all accessories, instructions/paperwork, parts and packaging material that it was sent with. If you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping. If you would like to return your item, give us a call at 519-653-5988.

 

SHIPPING 

Please allow for 1-2 days for processing after your order and 2-5 business days for shipping.

We offer free Canada-wide shipping (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).

Due to the large size of our packages, shipping to remote locations may not always be possible. In some cases, we can arrange delivery with an additional shipping fee.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Always try to inspect the package(s) upon arrival. Contact us immediately regarding any shipping damages. Should your order arrive with damages, you may refuse delivery to the courier to have it sent back to us. Call us immediately at 519-653-5988 and we will send you a replacement. Should you discover the product is damaged AFTER opening the package, please take images of the damaged product and contact us as soon as possible.

  

WARRANTY

We are confident in the quality of our products. We offer a 2 year (730 day) warranty on all of our products. This warranty provides coverage against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable or improper use, neglect, improper service/installation/removal, modifications, acts of God, normal wear and tear or other causes not arising out of defective materials or workmanship. Interference of this product with other installed accessories or trailers is not covered under this warranty.

CW Ltd. will not cover issues that have resulted from improper installation. Our covers will never fly off of your truck or be damaged while driving from the wind, if installed properly. If you are having ANY issues while installing, please refer to our install video or give us a call and we can troubleshoot with you. If your cover is not latching in properly, this leaves you vulnerable to wind getting underneath while driving which can be dangerous. If your cover is not latching properly, it is likely not installed correct. Please call us for troubleshooting if this occurs.

 

The following will void your warranty:

 

  • Wind whip damage: Tarps must be secured at all points when the vehicle is in motion. An unsecured tarp will flap, resulting in damage to the fabric.
  • Neglect: Signs of improper cleaning techniques that led to cracking in the material. Opening panels without removal of snow and/or ice.
  • Overloading of Cargo: Your cargo should never touch the tonneau cover as it could cause tears.
